Right of Withdrawal

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving your order.

Enter the email address used for your order. You will receive a verification code that allows you to access your order details and submit your withdrawal request.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receives the goods.

The day of delivery is not counted as the first day of the withdrawal period. For example, if your order is delivered on a Friday, the withdrawal period starts on Saturday and expires after 14 calendar days.

Products Excluded from Withdrawal

Due to their perishable nature, live plants and other products that are liable to deteriorate rapidly cannot be returned and are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Damaged Plants or Delivery Issues

If your plants arrive damaged or if there is any issue with your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will review the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Damage Caused During Transport

Any damage caused during transport must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

To report transport damage, please send clear photographs of:

• the damaged product,
• the packaging,
• and the shipping label,

to deluxeorchids@gmail.com.

The order number must be included in the subject line of the email. Claims submitted after the 3-day period may not be accepted.

Returning Eligible Products

Once your withdrawal request has been submitted, you will receive instructions for returning the eligible products.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
• Original shipping costs are not refundable unless required by applicable law.
• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original order.
• Returned items must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after submitting the withdrawal request.

Packaging and Return Shipment

• The returned products remain your responsibility until they reach our facility.
• Please use suitable packaging to protect the products during transport.
• We recommend reusing the original packaging whenever possible.
• We cannot provide compensation for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
